Ken has close to 40 years’ experience and held the positions of General Manager – HSBC Insurance Brokers Dubai & the President and Group CEO of InsureDirect prior to joining AFW.
Ken is a Chartered Insurance Broker and oversees the Middle East operations for the business including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain.

Mark has over 34 years of experience in the insurance industry with over 14 years managing high profile complex clients developing a strong understanding and background dealing with all classes of insurance cover.

Carole is the General Manager in charge of Strategy and Innovation. She has over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry for both TPA’s and Insurers in the middle east. Carole is both a lean six sigma black belt and a qualified lawyer.
